Cybersurance and Employment Practices Liability

Make your clients aware of the coverages we have to enhance our Cybersurance and Employment Practices Liability (EPL) products. Upsell coverage and better protect your clients with:

ONLINE BANKING THEFT, with $25,000 and $50,000 limit options available. This provides coverage for:

• Online Banking Theft – Unauthorized access to or use of an account holder’s commercial account that results in a loss of funds.
  
  

• Funds Transfer Fraud – A fraudulent instruction directing a financial institution to transfer, pay, or deliver funds from the insured’s bank account.
  
  

• Social Engineering Fraud – Intentional misleading or deception of the insured or their employee through pretexting, phishing, spear phishing, or any other confidence trick via email, text, instant message, telephone, or other electronic means.

LIABILITY TO THIRD PARTIES. This extends coverage to protect against allegations of harassment and discrimination brought by third parties, such as vendors, suppliers, service providers, business invitees, and clients. This coverage would be included within the EPL limit.

LIMITED WAGE AND HOUR DEFENSE COVERAGE. This extends EPL to defend against allegations of failure to pay overtime or minimum wage. $50,000 limit available.
