Important Update to E&O Easy Estimate Emails


We’ve made our Easy Estimate system even better by improving the automatic emails it sends to prospects.


How it Works


If the Easy Estimate App is entered through the website:

  • There are only three possible times an email will release automatically.
    • If it is saved before completing the Easy Estimate application.
    • If it is saved once an indication has been provided.  
    • If the account is a referral.  


If the Easy Estimate App is entered through the dashboard:

  • No emails will automatically release.
  • On the indication page, there is an option to “Send email to prospect.” If this is pressed, it will release an email.

Additional Details

  • The emails (except referral) will take the client to the View/Edit Easy Estimate webpage where they can re-access the submission by entering the Easy Estimate ID, their ZIP code, and their phone number.
  • You will be cc’d on these emails. This will ensure you are made aware of submissions entered through the website. We can only have one contact per affiliate, and are using the same contacts we established for online renewals.
  • States that currently refer the client to the affiliate rather than provide an indication will continue to do so. A message comes up on the price indication page directing them to the affiliate.
  • With these changes, you no longer need to use a default email when entering the submission. You can enter the prospect’s email.
